As a physical boutique at its core, we recover and offer for sale unique pieces, all authenticated and rigorously inspected by our in-house experts. At the heart of our initiative lies a meticulous selection carried out by Eva, a renowned stylist and founder of the company. It's essential to stress that Circular Luxury has no affiliation with any of the brands we offer for sale. Our commitment is to the quality, authenticity and exclusivity of the items we make available in our physical boutique and on our online platform.

  • Circular Luxury offers a wide range of second-hand clothing, accessories, jewelry, shoes and luxury bags. Our offer covers all the leading luxury brands (Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, etc.). Use our brand filter on the left to browse through our catalog.

HOW OFTEN DOES CIRCULAR LUXURY ADD NEW PRODUCTS?

  • Every month, we welcome around ten new arrivals to our platform, adding new articles every two weeks.

ARE THE ITEM AUTHENTIC? ARE THEY ORIGINAL?

  • All our clothes, shoes, jewelry, bags & accessories are checked for authenticity and quality by our team before being put on sale. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have. Circular Luxury strongly condemns the sale of counterfeits in any form.

HOW TO SELL ?

I'D LIKE TO SELL MY LUXURY ITEM, HOW DO I SUBMIT A SALES REQUEST?

  • Circular Luxury offers an opportunity to safely give a second life to your luxury clothing and accessories, thanks to a simplified experience. Simply submit a sales request for your item (via our form), and we'll send you a price offer within 48 hours on working days (via email or Whatsapp). If you are satisfied with our proposal, we will proceed with the online sale of your item once we have received and authenticated your bag. What's more, you don't have to worry about the logistics - we take care of everything. You will receive your payment on the 10th of the month following the sale of your item.

AM I COMMITTED TO SELLING MY BAG WHEN I SUBMIT A SALES REQUEST?

  • Submitting a sales request through our form does not constitute a commitment on your part to sell your bag. It simply gives you the opportunity to receive our offer to purchase, and to discuss certain points with us. The decision to accept or decline is entirely yours.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY ITEM REQUEST BY THE DEPOSIT FORM?

  • Our team will contact you shortly by email or WhatsApp to discuss and agree with you the sale of your item, the selling price, the percentage received and the shipment of your item.

HOW DOES CIRCULAR LUXURY EVALUATE THE VALUE OF AN ITEM?

  • Circular Luxury has the in-house expertise to assess the value of your item, according to its make, model and condition. We then use market data to make you the most attractive offer. We put our experience at your service to help you get the best value for your item.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR SENDING MY ITEM TO CIRCULAR LUXURY?

  • Circular Luxury does not assume the shipping costs of your item. You will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the item if the bag is found to be non-authentic or non-compliant. However, rest assured that these costs will of course be reimbursed when you sell your deposited items.

HOW DO I SEND MY ITEM TO CIRCULAR LUXURY?

  • Once you have accepted our purchase offer, you are free to choose the shipping method that suits you best to send your item to our store, provided that you can provide proof of shipment by e-mail or WhatsApp. Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility, however, these costs will be deducted at the time of payment when selling your items on our platform.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SEND MY ITEM?

  • After sending your item. We receive it, check that it conforms to the initial description and then reconfirm our offer to place it on our site. In the event of non-authenticity of the bag or non-conformity, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

WHEN DO I GET PAID?

  • You will receive your payment, corresponding to the agreed-upon deposit amount, following the sale. Payments are processed and issued before the 10th of the subsequent month.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

  • Circular Luxury makes your purchase by Paypal transfer.
    All payments are secure.

WHAT ARE THE DEPOSIT DEADLINES?

  • By depositing your item, please undertake to leave it in our possession for a minimum period of 3 months before considering its withdrawal, should you change your mind. Please note that shipping costs will be at your expense.
  • If your item is not sold after 6 months on our site, we will contact you to arrange its return. In this case, we will assume the shipping costs.
